2. Online customer service consultation: Log in to http://www.china-cyf.com/, click on “Network Customer Service Mobile Icon” to enter the main interface for consultation.。 
3. Telephone message reply: If the customer service phone is busy, the customer's phone number will be transferred to the message system. After hearing the prompt tone, the customer service specialist will reply within one working day (scheduled holidays). 
4. Email: You can send feedback or suggestions through the company website or send an email (china_cyf@tom.com), and the customer service specialist will provide you with timely assistance. 
5. The customer visits the reception service. 
6. Appointment visit service: If more than 10 customers come to visit the company, they can make an appointment 24 hours in advance, and the customer service commissioner is responsible for visiting and providing explanation services.
